  5. Payment
    1. Bank transfer (Please check your email and follow the instruction after completed the order in our system. And kindly send us the bank receipt to cs@ilovebaby.hk)
    2. PayPal using any credit card (handling charge is 3%)


Oversea Customers :

Step 1 - place an order online by following the steps guided by the system

Step 2 - wait for our CS to confirm stocks, delivery charge and total payment amount

Step 3 - pay via autopay transfer (Please note that the customer is responsible to pay any bank charge.) or PayPal using any credit card (will incur 3% handling charge)

Step 4 - delivery (it may take 1-2 weeks to deliver to different countries)


Please also note that all items (in particular liquid product category) which are broken during delivery process, we will not responsible for any exchange or return. However, we guarantee that the products are well packed when leaving the warehouse.


Return or exchange notes:

  • All of the non-quality products in question are not returnable.
  • Local customer requirements such as returned goods (of the returned goods must be unused and maintain packaging integrity) it must be made within 3 days after receipt, and together with the original packaging and invoices, arranging returned. The Company reserves the right to reject all proposed non-damaged and return requirements, be sure to check customer information just to buy goods.
